Bea'S Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 to 2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix sifted flour and baking powder into a large bowl.
    Add sugar.
    Pour in oil and the eggs.
    Mix everything together with a fork.
    Next, add the raisins and caraway seed and mix.
    Now, mix in the milk.
    Start with 1/2 cup.
    The trick is not to make the bread too wet.
    Mix it with a large fork, then knead it with your hands.
    Add milk as needed.
    Bake 3/4 to 1 hour in metal pie pan at 350\u00b0.
