White Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    3 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Add sugar to potatoes and butter.
    Beat egg yolks a little, add milk and lemon.
    Mix well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into potatoes.
    Pour into pie crust and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Then bake at 350\u00b0 until center is set.
    (Knife blade comes out clean.)
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
