Ingredients

1 vanilla cake mix
flaked coconut
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Make cake mix according to directions in a 13 x 9-inch pan. When it has cooled, boil milk, sugar and 1/2 cup coconut for 2 minutes, continually stirring. When this mixture has cooled, poke holes in cake and spoon mixture over top of cake. Put Cool Whip on top of the cake and sprinkle remaining coconut on top of the Cool Whip.
Refrigerate overnight.
