Sugarless Three Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can wax beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can Italian beans, drained (optional)
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Combine the beans, green pepper, onion, celery and pimento. Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour dressing over bean mixture and stir.
Refrigerate in covered container for 12 hours before serving, stirring occasionally.
This salad will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
Yields 16 servings.
