Delicious Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lemon, sliced
    3/4 c. pure maple syrup
Preparation
    Cut carrots in half lengthwise, then crosswise.
    Combine with salt and water in frying pan.
    Heat to boiling and cover.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Uncover and cook for 3 minutes until liquid evaporates. Add butter, lemon and syrup.
    Cook 15 minutes, uncovered.
