Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 bunches fresh broccoli
    1 lb. crisp fried bacon
    1 red onion, chopped fine
    2 c. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
    Crumble bacon and add.
    Add onion and raisins.
    In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
    Use as a dressing over salad.
    I find that this makes more dressing than is needed.
    This salad is good warm after adding bacon or cold.
