Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste (red or black)
    1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Shape into loaf.
    Place in pan and bake about 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Bacon slices may be placed on top before baking. Loaf may be shaped around sticks of Cheddar cheese.
