Roast Wild Duck(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 wild ducks (about 2 lb. each)
    6 slices bacon, cut in halves
    salt
Preparation
    Singe and clean ducks.
    Cut out oil sac at base of tail; cut off neck at body, leaving on neck skin.
    Wash ducks under cold running water.
    Dry.
    Rub cavities with salt.
