Marshmallow Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cold water
9 large marshmallows
1/2 tsp. extract
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Place first 3 ingredients in top of double boiler.
Place over boiling water and beat with egg beater 10 minutes or until thick, adding marshmallow as it begins to thicken.
Beat until smooth. Remove from fire; add flavoring.
Beat until thick and nearly cold. Add baking powder.
Continue to beat until thick enough to spread on cake without running.
