Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. mandarin juice
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
    2 c. green beans, cooked
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until softened.
    Blend mandarin juice and cornstarch together.
    Add to onion along with salt and lime juice. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens.
    Add pimiento and combine with hot cooked beans.
    Serves 4.
