Potato Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Frozen Hash Browns
1 Stick Oleo-Melted
2 Cup Cheddar Cheese-Grated
1 Can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Onion-Finely Chopped
1 Lg Sour Cream
2 Cups Crushed Corn Flakes
Preparation

Place potatoes in large bowl, let thaw a little bit.
Add melted oleo and mix well.
Add cheese, mix through.
Mix sour cream and soup together.
Blend it together with onions and potatoes and cheese.
Spread into 9x12 baking dish.
Sprinkle corn flakes over top.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
