Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. fresh spinach leaves, washed, dried and packed
    1/2 c. red onions, sliced thin
    1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
    3/4 to 1 whole cucumber, sliced
    2 oranges, peeled and chopped into bite-size pieces
    1/3 c. lite vinaigrette dressing
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Add dressing and toss again.
    Serve immediately.
