Skillet Corn And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chopped tomatoes
    3 c. fresh or frozen corn kernels
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In a skillet, put tomatoes.
    Add corn.
    Stir.
    Add pepper and salt, butter and oil.
    Stir well.
    If desired, you can add leftover chopped chicken and then add 1 tablespoon basil and 1 teaspoon nutmeg.
    Stir well.
    Add 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Let cheese melt.
    Stir well.
