Buttermilk Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    5 large lightly beaten eggs
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour in a large bowl.
    Add eggs and buttermilk; stir until blended.
    Stir in butter and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Yield: one 9-inch pie.
