Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Soften cheese; grate the Cheddars or buy it already grated. Add ingredients to all cheese.
Mix with hands.
Roll into 2 large or 4 small rolls.
Refrigerate before cutting.
