Cinnamon Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking apples
4 Tbsp. red cinnamon candies
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Core apples.
Do not peel.
Make cuts down the sides of the apples to allow them to breathe.
Place in shallow baking dish. Place red candies into each apple.
Microwave on High until tender (4 to 6 minutes).
Serve in decorative dessert dish topped with ice cream.
