Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
1/4 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from stove and add oleo or butter, coconut and vanilla flavoring.
Stir well, then pour into 8 or 9-inch baked pie shell (crust).
Top with beaten egg whites saved from egg yolks. Sprinkle coconut on top.
Brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
