Spreciones(Or Egg Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    6 egg yolks (save whites for Sighs or Suspiros recipe)
    2 whole eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    self-rising flour
    peel of 1 lemon, grated
    1 beaten egg and almond slivers (for topping)
Preparation
    Beat sugar, eggs, salt and lemon peel until mixture thickens. Add flour gradually until mixture is thick but not dry.
    Roll into small balls, making a peak at the top of each cookie.
    Brush with beaten egg and top with an almond sliver.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
