Sicilian Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury hot roll mix
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. hot tap water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast packet from hot roll mix with 1 cup water.
    Add flour, hot roll mix and eggs.
    Let rise a minimum of 2 hours. Must be covered with Saran Wrap.
    Spread dough into large (17 x 11 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) greased pan.
    Top with sauce, cheese and topping(s) of your choice.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
