Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. yellow squash
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 chopped onion (small)
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Boil squash and onion until tender.
Drain and mash.
Add crackers, cheese, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with crushed cracker crumbs for garnish before baking.
