Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped green onion (more if desired)
3 beaten eggs (more if desired)
3 c. cold cooked rice
2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce or to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 to 2 c. fine chopped ham, pork or chicken
1/2 c. baby shrimp (salad shrimp)
1/2 to 1 c. baby peas
2 c. bean sprouts
Preparation

Preheat wok.
Heat oil.
Cook meat; add onion and eggs. Stir-fry.
Immediately add rice and mix.
Add other vegetables and sprouts.
Mix.
Add soy sauce, salt and m.s.g.
Stir quickly and serve.
