Hot Surprises - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    8 large pickled jalapenos
    8 oz. pkg. Jack and Cheddar mixed cheese
Preparation
    Divide
    sausage
    into
    8 pieces and flatten out.
    Rinse peppers and cut stem from top.
    Split pepper on one side; open up and remove seeds.
    Cut a strip of cheese to fit inside each pepper and
    stuff
    peppers.
    Lay
    one
    pepper on each sausage patty
    and enclose
    completely with sausage.
    Cook in a large skillet
    until done,
    turning
    several times.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Be careful
    when
    you
    first bite; the cheese inside will be hot.
