Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

60 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1/4 lb. margarine, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened orange juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar.
Press firmly into 9 x 13-inch baking dish; reserve some crumbs for garnish.
Blend thawed orange juice with milk; fold in Cool Whip and oranges.
Do not beat.
Pour mixture over crust; top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
