Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
2 c. water
1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Cut up fryer and brown in butter. Combine remaining ingredients and boil 4 minutes. Place chicken in roaster and pour sauce over. Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hour or until chicken is tender. Baste often.
