Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. oatmeal
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    To make meatballs, combine all ingredients (mixture will be soft) and shape into walnut size balls.
    Place meatballs in a single layer on wax paper-lined cookie sheets; freeze until solid (overnight).
    Store frozen meatballs in freezer bags until ready to cook.
