Kiss My Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups cooked grits, slightly cooled
    1 pound hot sausage
    1 1/2 cups milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Brown, crumble and drain sausage. Mix all together in a 2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until browned.
