Bill'S Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    crushed red pepper to taste
    5 oz. pack/jar sliced dried beef
    walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients with the cream cheese. If desired, sprinkle nuts on top. Serve with wheat crackers.
