Chicken And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken or 2 lb. chicken parts
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. broth from chicken
    1 c. liquid nondairy creamer
    1 tsp. low sodium chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    8 oz. dry noodles (not egg noodles)
    3 c. boiling water
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Place rinsed chicken into skillet with tight fitting lid.
    Add onion and 1/2 cup of water.
    Simmer until tender, about 1 hour. Cool and dice.
