Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
9 eggs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Layer cheese, chilies, cheese and sausage in 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat eggs, milk and flour; pour on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
