Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    2/3 c. Pet milk
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. chunk pineapple
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. pimento
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, crackers, milk, onions and salt.
    Make into small meatballs.
    Roll in flour.
    Brown in oil.
    Drain.
    Make sauce.
    Drain pineapple.
    Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup.
    Mix vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and cornstarch.
    Cook until thick.
    Add bell pepper, pineapple and pimento.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
