Chipped Beef Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, torn
    1 scallion or small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. green pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Blend softened cream cheese and milk together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread can be refrigerated at this point.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until it looks like it is going to brown. Serve with crackers as a spread or dip.
