Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan and Romano cheese
Preparation
    Mix all.
    Put in loaf pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
