Baked Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up and skinned
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine egg and milk; stir well and set aside.
Combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper; mix well.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Dip in egg mixture and dredge in flour mixture. Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; pour margarine over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
