Ice Apple Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bags orange pekoe or herbal tea
    4 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
    2 c. chilled apple juice
    4 lemon slices
    4 mint sprigs
Preparation
    Place tea bags in pitcher. Cover with boiling water.
    Leave for 5 minutes.
    Squeeze tea bags and discard. Stir in honey until dissolved. Stir in apple juice. Chill or add ice cubes to glasses. Drop a lemon slice and mint sprig in each.
    Makes 4 servings.
