Dowen'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, shelled and well beaten
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
    6 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Throw it all in a bowl and stir real well.
    Divide between 2 (9-inch) pie pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes (or until lightly browned).
    It actually makes its own crust, so the hardest part is cleaning up the kitchen!
    Serves 4 men or 12 ladies.
