Classic Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. white potatoes
    3 c. chopped celery
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1 diced bell pepper (optional)
    4 boiled eggs, chopped
    dash of red pepper, garlic salt and celery seed
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes. Add salt and cook for 20 minutes or until done, but not overdone. Cool slightly. Add other ingredients, adjusting amounts to individual taste.
    After potato salad is mixed, sprinkle with paprika and chill.
    Serves 20.
