Fresh Pear Cake(Super Moist) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped fresh pears (or apples)
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine pears and 2 cups sugar. Let set for a few hours or overnight. Stir occasionally to extract juice. Mix remaining ingredients easily with big spoon. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for about 70 to 90 minutes.
