Polish Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 link Polish sausage, sliced
    3 peeled, thinly sliced potatoes
    3 carrots, thinly sliced
    broccoli flowerets
    mushrooms, sliced
    onions, sliced
    pepper and garlic powder to taste
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In wok or large skillet, heat oil.
    Add potatoes and carrots. Stir-fry a little; add onions.
    Stir-fry and cover a few minutes. Add broccoli, mushrooms and sausage, stir and mix.
    Add seasonings; cover and cook until vegetables are done.
    Stir occasionally.
