Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 lb. Muenster cheese, shredded
    2 eggs
    salt
    pepper
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions on package.
    Drain well. Press with fork in strainer.
    Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, cooled spinach, Ricotta cheese and shredded Muenster.
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Line greased pan with crescent rolls; put in mixture.
    Form lattice crust on top with extra dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until dough turns brown.
