Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shredded zucchini
12 oz. mini chocolate chips or regular chips
Preparation

Cream together the first 4 ingredients.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk, mixing until well blended.
Sift dry ingredients and add to moist mixture; mix in zucchini last.
Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan and sprinkle top of cake with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
