Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced beets
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Drain beets, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.
    Set beets and juice aside.
