Janie'S Easy Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 lemon cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Grease
    and
    flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
    Combine butter, pecans and coconut; spread on bottom of pan.
    Combine cake mix, sour cream,
    eggs,
    water,
    oil,
    lemon and extract; beat for 2 minutes.
    Spoon
    on
    top
    of other batter in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45
    to
    50
    minutes.
    Cool
    10 minutes.
    Remove to platter, drizzle with glaze that has been made with 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
