Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large minced onion
    2 cloves garlic
    5 shakes Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    29 oz. kidney beans
    29 oz. tomatoes
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic together. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve hot.
    May garnish with Cheddar cheese or sour cream.
