Cherry Gelatin-Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 c. cranberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 pkg. cherry gelatin
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped apple
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook together the water and cranberries.
    When soft, add sugar and cook 5 minutes.
    Pour mixture over gelatin.
    Let cool.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill well.
