Haddock Delmonico - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. haddock fillets
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1 lb. whole cranberry sauce
parsley
Preparation

Place serving portions of fish in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch greased baking dish.
Combine margarine, lemon, onion and seasonings and pour over fish.
Cook until fish flakes at 350\u00b0 (approximately 25 minutes).
Remove serving portion onto plate and top with melted cranberry sauce, garnished with parsley.
