Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, divided
    2 1/2 to 3 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder or salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter and add cracker crumbs. Reserve 1/2 cup. Grease 2-quart casserole dish. Add grated zucchini, onion, egg, garlic powder, cheese, salt, pepper and unreserved cracker crumbs and butter. Mix well. Top with the reserved 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
