Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 to 4 well beaten eggs
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix together and shape into balls (size of large marble). Brown; pour sauce over meatballs in large casserole dish.
