Diane'S Texas Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
Preparation
    Bring water to boil; add grits.
    Slow boil for 10 minutes. Add butter.
    Beat eggs; stir in slowly.
    Add Mexican Velveeta; mix and mix.
    Pour into shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown on top.
