Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. sliced Mozzarella
Preparation
    Pound chicken until thin.
    Combine eggs, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs.
    Brown quickly in oil.
    Drain chicken and put in casserole pan.
    While chicken is cooking, stir tomato sauce, basil and garlic.
    Heat to boiling. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add margarine.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Cover.
    Cook 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and put Mozzarella cheese on top; bake until cheese melts (approximately 5 minutes).
    Serve with side of spaghetti.
