Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb hamburger meat
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion
7 to 9 medium size potatoes
Preparation

Brown meat and onion together.
Place in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
Top with generous amount of potato rounds, sliced about 1/2 inch thick.
Add 1 can of water to the 2 cans of mushroom soup and mix well; pour over potatoes.
Salt generously and bake, covered, 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
